Abstract
Physical techniques are used in addition to chemical analysis to characterize both pure and mixed compounds. Optical spectroscopy in the ultraviolet and visible light range (UV/VIS) is extensively utilized across nearly all industries and environments for research, manufacturing, and quality assurance for the analysis and evaluation of materials, along with other methods such as melting point determination, refractive index measurement, and density assessment. Light absorption by a sample serves as the foundation for UV/VIS spectroscopy. Here in the present study samples of cobalt and nickel Schiff base nano and bulk compounds are taken and their UV-IR is done and the results interpreted.
